border_width_bottom=&#8221;1px&#8221; border_color_bottom=&#8221;rgba(12,113,195,0.47)&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please request a site-specific quote.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>All plant equipment leases are quoted per hour.<\/li>\n<li>Our standard rate includes a competent operator with a valid medical certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Standard PPE includes safety shoes, reflective vest, and a hard hat.<\/li>\n<li>Normal working hours is from 7am to 5pm with a 1-hour break.<\/li>\n<li>Normal working hours include travelling to and from site.<\/li>\n<li>Overtime, Saturday, Sunday &amp; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For short term lease, full payment must reflect in our bank account before plant will be dispatched to site.<\/li>\n<li>For long term lease, payment must reflect in in our bank account for additional days of rental at least 12 hours prior to rental term concluding and a new terms &amp; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DSB Plant Hire will not accept any liability for loss or damage caused by operators or plant whatsoever.<\/li>\n<li>Operators to be managed by Lessee during work activities and clear instructions to be communicated to operators.<\/li>\n<li>Tyre punctures, cuts, and damaged rims on site will be for the account of the Lessee.<\/li>\n<li>On days that our plant cannot work due to conditions out of our control (like inclement weather, industrial action etc.) we will invoice 50% of quoted rates.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that any form of operator poaching is strictly prohibited within our company&#8217;s policies and values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DSB Plant Hire will ensure that the plant is topped up with fuel as per the operator\u2019s needs analysis to ensure the plant does not have any standing time.<\/li>\n<li>Fuel drop price will be included in site-specific quote for remote sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.3&#8243; border_color_bottom=&#8221;rgba(12,113,195,0.47)&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Plant equipment must be returned when leased on a dry rate with the same fuel level as when it arrived. Please ensure diesel is available on-site upon the plant\u2019s arrival, as no downtime will be recorded for equipment waiting on fuel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Plant standing time while waiting for fuel will be for the account of the Lessee.<\/li>\n<li>Damages to plant due to dirty or incompatible fuel will be for the account of the Lessee at one of our reputable Mechanical Technicians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_4_font=&#8221;|700|||||||&#8221; header_4_text_color=&#8221;#052863&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;||3px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Terms: Operator Transport \/ Accommodation<\/h4>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; ul_item_indent=&#8221;18px&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; ul_font_size=&#8221;12px&#8221; border_width_bottom=&#8221;1px&#8221; border_color_bottom=&#8221;rgba(12,113,195,0.47)&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operator travelling to and from remote sites where accommodation is not available will be included in the quote.<\/li>\n<li>Operator accommodation at remote sites to be arranged by the Lessee and will be for the account of the Lessee.<\/li>\n<li>Operator accommodation to be of sound construct, a toilet, bath\/shower and running water to be available. Operators are not allowed to sleep in plant.<\/li>\n<li>For long term leases the Lessee will be required to ensure transport for the operator to town if site is in a remote gate at night when plant is required to stay over on site.<\/li>\n<li>If there is not a secured parking bay the Lessee is to ensure that there is security at night when plant is required to stay
